Cairo, Egypt · Established 2022

Technical depth, without the Big Four overhead.

Elite Finance Solutions advises Egyptian businesses and the local entities of multinational groups on tax, statutory reporting, transfer pricing and the design of the finance function — led personally by two partners who spent their careers doing this work inside Big Four firms and global corporate head offices.

The practice

A partner-led alternative for complex compliance

Most Egyptian businesses face the same problem: their compliance questions are genuinely technical, but the work is too small to command senior attention at a large firm. EFS was founded in 2022 to close that gap. Every engagement is scoped, executed and reviewed by a partner.

01

Partner-delivered

You deal with the person doing the analysis. No pyramid of junior staff, no handover, no learning your business twice.

02

In-house perspective

Both partners currently lead regional statutory and tax functions inside multinational groups. We know how the advice has to work once it reaches a group controller.

03

Built for scrutiny

Documentation, positions and working papers are prepared to withstand an ETA audit, an external auditor's review and a group tax function's questions.

Services

Where we are most useful

Six areas cover the majority of our engagements. Each can be delivered as a one-off project, an annual compliance cycle, or ongoing retained support.

Audit & statutory reporting

EAS and IFRS financial statements, audit readiness reviews, and management of the external audit through to signature.

Tax compliance & advisory

Corporate income tax, VAT and withholding tax — from routine filing review to defending a position in a tax inspection.

E-invoicing & ETA systems

Registration, integration design and day-to-day operation on the Egyptian Tax Authority's e-invoice and e-receipt platforms.

Transfer pricing

Local and master file documentation, intercompany policy design and benchmarking review under Egypt's OECD-aligned rules.

International tax & Pillar Two

Treaty positions, cross-border structuring and Pillar Two readiness for Egyptian members of in-scope multinational groups.

Finance function advisory

Shared service and centre-of-excellence design, close acceleration, controls, and the special projects that fall between departments.

How we work

A short, predictable engagement path

Step one

Scoping conversation

A no-charge discussion with a partner to understand the issue, the deadline and the exposure. If the work is better done in-house or by a larger firm, we will say so.

Step two

Written engagement terms

Scope, deliverables, timeline and fee basis set out in an engagement letter before work starts. Fixed fee wherever the scope allows it.

Step three

Execution and review

Fieldwork, analysis and documentation, with a single point of contact and an agreed reporting rhythm. Every deliverable is partner-reviewed.

Step four

Handover and follow-through

Working papers, filing evidence and a plain-language summary of positions taken — plus support if the authority or the auditor comes back with questions.

Have a filing deadline, an inspection, or a question you cannot get a straight answer to?

Tell us what you are dealing with. A partner will come back to you directly, usually within one business day.
